It was reported that Jiahe county was approved to be enrolled into the construction of demonstration belt of Chen-Zi-Gui two-oriented society by management committee of Chang-Zhu-Tan two oriented pilot area with the instruction of Hunan Provincial Party Committee and Hunan Government. Jiahe county would be favored with relative policies for the demonstration area of two-oriented society. It is another key extension for the construction of Chen-Zi-Gui two-oriented society after enrolling Yongxing and Yizhang county into the construction issue in 2014.

Till now, 7 counties and districts of Chenzhou city were enrolled into the demonstration belt of two-oriented society, covering 65.4% of the total areas, 71.5% of total population, and 87.1% of total GDP of Chenzhou city.
