It was reported that currently Suxian district signed the cooperation agreement with HK Qian’en Yatai International Group on the project of Xujiadong hot spring small town. The total amount covered for the agreement was 3.6billion yuan.

It was introduced that Xujiadong hot spring small town is about 1.4 square meters big and is planned to be placed 3.6billion yuan investment. It was purposely to be built as an international high level “hot spring small town” with the functions of hot spring fitness, modern agriculture sightseeing, leisure and entertainment, meeting and business, an etc. via three phases. It is the first multi-functional hot spring complex of Suxian district.
