It was learned from Rucheng Development and Reform Bureau that three well-being projects as poverty alleviation and relocation, treatment project of small basin and small water conservancy works & county roads were enrolled into 2016 state investment proposals.

Longnei village of Yongfeng town which is the centralized resettlement point, and Sanhe village & Baonan village of Lingxiu town, Sanjiangkou village of Sanjiangkou town an Yonglian village of Yingdong town which are the dispersion settlement point were enrolled into poverty alleviation and relocation of central budget investment proposal. 988 people of 276 families would be resettled. 268 people of 76 families would be resettled to one centralized resettlement point and 720 people of 200 families would be resettled to the dispersion settlement points. 34000㎡ new houses, 5.2kms concrete roads, 8.7kms pipes, 5.1kms power grid would be built and set there as well.

The treatment project of Tielu river small basin of Daping town was enrolled into the demonstration project of work relief of central budget investment proposal, which would focus on the comprehensive treatment of 10 square meters and construction of 2kms banks.

Small water conservancy works & county roads were enrolled into first proposal of work relief of financial budget. 5.5kms canals would be expanded, 200mu irrigation areas would be increased, 1800mu irrigation areas would be improved and 100tons more of grains would be gained annually. 13kms county roads would be improved to solve 6300 people’s transportation difficulties.
