It was reported that in the afternoon of October 8, 2015, Zhong Benqiang- Director of Chenzhou Municipal People’s Congress investigated Anren county.

From the beginning of 2015, Anren County People’s Congress Standing Committee focused on well being projects, long-term development, ecological construction and livable county construction and submitted 35 suggestions and comments to Hunan provincial and Chenzhou municipal People’s Congress, all of which were obtained great attention or accepted by relative departments. At the meantime, it worked together with discipline inspection and supervision departments to enhance the supervision of budget, special funds and audit. It also followed the principals and acted by law to promote its county construction. Some activities as “communicating with the mass and serving for the mass”were carried out by the representatives of Anren County People’s Congress to well play their roles as main bodies. From this January to September, 4.03billion yuan GDP was hit by Anren county with an increase of 10%, and 385million yuan financial revenue was hit by the county with an increase of 12.2%.

Zhong Benqiang highly affirmed Anren county’s work and praised its economic and social achievements. Concerned for the work did by Anren County People’s Congress, Zhong considered that it was with many highlights, good effects and deepening plans. He also stated the county’s People’s Congress should figure out new measures on facing the new condition, should follow the Party’s path, should implement the intention of Party’s Committee, should keep investigating the practical condition to submit real situation to the Party’s Committee and present its suggestions, and should work on practical work to protect people’s profits and promote the economic and social development with real effects.
