It was reported that on October 9, 2015, Hu Bojun- Director of Hunan Human Resources Department led an inspection team to visit Chenzhou city and check its implementation of Hunan provincial measures on keeping stable increase. Zhang Aiguo- Member of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee Standing Committee and Deputy Major of Chenzhou City delivered the working report.

On the briefing conference, the inspection team listened to the report of Chenzhou city’s implementation of Hunan provincial measures on keeping stable increase and its current economic operation. From the second half year of 2014, Chenzhou city carefully implemented the spirit of the 18th Party’s National Congress, Second, Third and Forth of Plenary Session of CPC Central Committee, and Hunan Provincial Committee Economy Conference. It took active actions to adapt to the new normal of economic development and carry out Central Government and Hunan Provincial Government’s detachment and measures on keeping stable increase, promoting reform, adjusting structure, improving well-being condition, and preventing risk. Though facing the downstream pressure of macro economy and some other difficulties, the economic indexes of Chenzhou city were kept stable increase. From this January to June, the GDP of Chenzhou city was with an increase of 8.1%. The third industry, total retail of consumer goods, and per capital disposal increased 10.6%, 12% and 10.2% respectively. Urban and rural per capita disposal incomes were with increase of 8.8% and 10.5% separately. From January to August, the added value of above scale industrial enterprises increased 7.3%, general public budget income and local financial revenue increased 6.8% and 10.5% respectively, fixed assets investment increased 18.6%, total volume of foreign trade increased -30.6%, and actual use of foreign investment and actual paid-in domestic investment increased 7.2% and 13.6% respectively.

Zhang Aiguo stated that Chenzhou city would well seize the chance of this Hunan provincial inspection and strictly follow the preset targets of Hunan provincial measures to obtain more favorable policies, highlight key work, enhance working measures and promote reform and development of all work.
