In recent days, the construction site of public rental houses of Yangmeishan town, Yizhang county are very busy.

It was introduced that the tasks preset for the town’s construction of public rental house were 60 suits with 2575.42square meters construction lands, 4397.95square meters construction areas and 5.80million yuan investment. Once finished, a part of the laid-off employees of former Yangmeishan Coal can be benefited from it.

In order to promote the project to be a pro-people project, trustworthy project and high quality project, the town figured out the plan on the basis of high standards and high requirements. Better building contractor with qualified license, capacity of advance payment, and advanced facilities and construction team was selected by the town via public bidding. Irregular supervision work was being handled out by the town to check the quality of raw materials and construction quality. Some problems hindered on the way of the construction were solved on time by holding scheduling conferences, which was effectively helpful to ensure the project to be promoted fluently.

Till now, 1512 cubic meters of earth and stones have been digged, 1560 square meters lands have been leveled and 980 square meters of footing work have been finished for the whole project.
