It was required by Qu Hai on his investigation of construction of foreign trade platform and development of foreign trade enterprises

Qu Hai- Deputy Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Mayor of Chenzhou City investigated construction of foreign trade platform and development of foreign trade enterprises on October 21, 2015. He required that all departments should focus on the targets to fulfill all confidently and should transform the development pattern by innovating new methods and should accelerate the transformation and upgrading to promote the stable development of foreign trade.

Qu Hai led the principals of Economic and Information Department, Financial Department, Commerce Department, and etc. to investigate Jinwang Bismuth, Jindiben Electronics, Xingyi Logistics, Hunan-HK Investment and some other enterprises first. And then he invited some principals of foreign trade enterprises to attend a symposium and listened carefully to their requirements.

After listening to their speeches, Qu stated that the development of foreign trade was one of the parts to fulfill the preset economic development targets and keep the stable improvement of economy and society. All departments should focus on the targets and try best to accelerate the transformation and upgrading and promote the stable development of foreign trade.

Qu said Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Chenzhou Government kept placing the opening economy as one of the key engines of economic development. As one of the key parts of opening economy, foreign trade should be paid similar attention to. Opening economy should be kept as the “first menu”and brightest brand of economic development and should be further improved to reach better achievements.

Qu emphasized all departments should provide services for supporting the innovation and upgrading of foreign trade enterprises; should help the enterprises to well use central and Hunan provincial government’s policies and obtain more favorable policies from upper level government by submitting the problems of the enterprises; should provide better service for the projects as accelerating the checking and approval speed, improve the administration efficiency, easing the burden, and solving the financing problem; and should introduce some emerging industries and high quality industries with strong driving force and emissivity by handling investment attraction to promote the industrial transformation. All enterprises should accelerate the speed of transformation and upgrading and innovative development and improve the quality and effectiveness of operation; should change the mode of development to enhance the endogenous power, extend industrial chain and accelerate technological innovation by breaking away from the dependence of low end products and government subsidies; and should introduce more talents to upgrade the core competitiveness of the enterprises. Enterprises-to-enterprises and enterprises-to-opening platform should keep the integrated and differentia development to enhance the marketing competitiveness of enterprises and play the best roles of platforms and perfect their functions.

Qu emphasized all relative departments and enterprises should keep confidence to solve the problems and contribute to the economic development of Chenzhou city and try best to fulfill all the preset annual tasks.
