It was reported that the launching ceremony for Home-based Care Service Center of Shizhuyuan community of Chenzhou High-tech Industrial Zone was held on October 21, 2015.

The 700square meters big center would be facilitated with canteen, day care rooms, arts room, entertainment room, multifunction room, and etc., which would be a day care service center with the functions of entertainment, recovery, study and catering for the aged people. The service objects that are covered in the area can be served with loving lunch, recovery & entertainment, 24-hour nanny, and etc. Till now, three urban communities under Chenzhou High-tech Industrial Zone have been set with the home-based care service center, which indicated that it reached the target of whole cover of home-based care service. 353 service objects were covered into the service, including 218 empty-nest elderly, 112 low income people, and 23 “three abstentions”elderly. 650,000yuan special funds were allocated by the finance.

From the beginning of 2015, more attention was placed on the allocation of finance as well as the expansion of finance by Chenzhou Finance Bureau, Export and Processing Zone Branch. Followed the guidance of well-being first, it further optimized the expenditure of finance and kept placing more financial investment on well-being and social projects to share the development results with local people and promote the harmonious development of industrial park. Till now, 39.51million yuan financial investments have been placed on education, security, new rural cooperative medical system, urban-rural community, water conservancy, and etc., up 12.7%.
