It starts a rural ecommerce development mode

It was reported that the inaugurating ceremony for Yongxing Ecommerce Industrial Park & China Post Ecommerce Entrepreneurship Incubator (Yongxing) Base was held in Yongxing county on October 30, 2015.

From this January, China Post Group Chenzhou Branch took active actions on creating rural ecommerce development mode, such as establishing strategic cooperation relationship with Yongxing Government to establish Yongxing Ecommerce Association, docking with special products industry of Yongxing county to establish ecommerce industrial park, and working together with China Ecommerce Association Youth Ecommerce Entrepreneurship Commission to create China Post Youth Ecommerce Entrepreneurship Incubator (Yongxing) Base and launch the project of incubation of ecommerce talents. At the meantime, it promoted the construction of service station of rural ecommerce forcefully to establish the both-way channels for “marketing consumer products in rural area and marketing agricultural products in urban area”, create county ecommerce service center, county and town ecommerce service station and village level ecommerce service station, all of which helped Yongxing county to form the mode of “three-level”-county, town and village ecommerce service.

Public service area, independent workshops for enterprises, meeting room, training room, warehousing area, living quarters, and some other facilities which well met the demands of ecommerce incubator were equipped in Yongxing Ecommerce Industrial Park. In the public service area, an open communication platform with display area of special products, quality control room, entrepreneurship communication area, art studio, and etc. is set there, which helps to provide the entrepreneurs with communication area and forge an entity new incubator operation platform. The industrial park is mainly on the development of ecommerce and would introduce different enterprises such as ecommerce, information software, warehousing and logistics, and etc. related to the ecommerce business. It would provide full series services as posting, logistics, commercial communication, training, service agent, living facilities, and etc. for the enterprises based on their practical condition as well.
