It was reported that the rural agricultural working report conference & agricultural departments independent talk conference was held in Chenzhou city on November 3, 2015. Gong Fengxiang- Deputy Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee required that the new trend of “three rural” work under the New Normal should be well grasped, the “three rural” work should be promoted efficiently, and closer attention should be placed on the team construction and working style construction of the agricultural system to fully promote Chenzhou city’s development of“three rural”work.

It was estimated that in 2015 the total output value of agriculture can hit 32.853billion yuan and added value of agriculture can hit 19.224billion yuan with an increase of 4.4%; and the rural per capita disposable income can hit 11,810.7yuan with an increase of 8.5%. The agricultural economy and farmers’ income were being kept increased, and the rural society were being prosperous and stable.

On the conference, the departments of agricultural system delivered the independent construction reports as well. All the party committees of the departments placed balance attention on the independent construction and “three rural” work by handling some special actions and specifying strict responsibility mechanism, which efficiently promote the overall development of Chenzhou city’s “three rural” work.

After listening to the working reports, Gong Fengxiang emphasized that all departments should firmly establish the concept of ecological civilization to take active actions to follow the trend of integration of urban and rural areas, highlight the key points of precise poverty alleviation and well-off society, rely on the driving force of deepening reform, and keep the idea of quality effect; should efficiently handle out the “three rural” work under the New Normal to promote the precise poverty alleviation, handle winter rural work, prepare for the inspections, accelerate the reform of agriculture industry and rural area, and promote the agricultural modernization; and should pay closer attention on the team construction and working style construction of the agricultural system to establish independent and high efficient administration system and contribute more to the development of Chenzhou city’s “three rural” work.
