It was required by Qu Hai on his investigation trip to east district

It was reported that Qu Hai- Deputy Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Mayor of Chenzhou City investigated the projects construction of the East district on November 10, 2015. He required the education, medical treatment and some other public services should be improved to accelerate the development of east district.

Qu led an investigation team consisted of principals of planning, education, land and resources, city management and other subordinate departments to visit Xiangnan Middle School, Chenzhou First People’s Hospital East Clinic, Jintianjiayuan low-rent housing project, and etc.

In recent years, the East district placed more than 20billion yuan on the construction of arterial roads, sports and exhibition halls, and some other infrastructure projects. Some new residential communities, education and medical treatment facilities, markets, and etc. were being promoted well.

Qu stated that new urbanization is best potentiality for the long term development. The key points concerned for the promotion of Chenzhou city’s new urbanization are as follow: accelerating the “great cross” town cluster construction, and enhancing the improvement of public service supporting, especially for the education, medical treatment and markets, which would be not just helpful for the upgrading of comprehensive bearing capacity of the East district, but also for the upgrading and expansion of central urban area.

Qu required that all departments should look forward to the future and open mind; should take the construction and development of the new district as the important grasp for improving well-being condition and upgrading the endogenous power and competiveness of Chenzhou city; should highlight the construction of public service, especially for the education, medical treatment and some other public service infrastructures; should innovate the mechanism to attract more social powers to join in the construction of education, medical treatment, market, and etc.; should accelerate the removal of administration center, government affairs center to upgrade the working efficiency, management, service, and etc.; should highlight the construction of supporting facilities to upgrade the East district’s living quality; should highlight the industrial support to accelerate the transformation development; should launch the expansion project of Renmin Rd. East to improve the transportation condition and accelerate the integration of new and old urban areas.
