It was reported that Qu Hai- Deputy Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Mayor of Chenzhou City investigated Xihe landscape belt in the afternoon of November 11, 2015. Qu required that strategic investments should be introduced to accelerate the construction of Xihe landscape belt. It should be improved to be a rural tourism destination with the functions of popularization of science, ecology, leisure, entertainment, fitness, and etc.

Qu invited Zhang Jian- Chairman of Broad Homes Industrial International Co., Ltd. to visit Xihe landscape belt with him. Currently, the Broad company is planning to place some investments on ecological inns to improve rural tourism. Chenzhou city is one of the key destinations for it. It is early winter now, Xihe landscape belt is still covered with green trees. Fresh air, green scenery, unique Hunan folk dwellings and ancient bridge, all the visitors are impressed with these refreshing images.

Qu Hai said Xihe landscape belt have become a famous ecological scenery belt of Hunan province even the state. Parks, gardens, ancient villages, ancient bridges, ancient trees, and green channels are granted the belt with superiorities of rural tourism. He also expressed his hope that the Broad company can work together with Chenzhou city to improve Xihe landscape belt and promote the integrated development of rural housing industrialization and rural tourism.

Qu Hai stated that rural tourism is more popular now. But the rural tourism products can’t meet the consumers’ demands well. Chenzhou city should seize the chance first to upgrade the quality of rural tourism and establish Hunan provincial demonstrations of rural tourism; should figure out reasonable plans on the consideration of balance layout and environment protection; should promote rural environment treatment and rural regulated housing together; should improve the construction of infrastructures to upgrade the basic security capacity; should read national policies well to innovate new mechanisms and encourage more social powers to join in the construction, operation and management work; should communicate well with upper level government to obtain more chances to handle rural tourism festivals; should upgrade propaganda work to popularize Chenzhou tourism brands; and should carry out the work step by step and promote the development experience of Xihe landscape belt widely.

Zhang Jian stated that the Broad company is willing to cooperate with Chenzhou city and hopes to forge Xihe landscape belt to be a famous rural tourism destination of China.
