It was learned that the adjustment of township division work was being well promoted in Guidong county by listening to the public opinions, handling propaganda work and carrying out scientific planning. Guiding Government submitted the application of township merge to Chenzhou Government on November 18, 2015 and planned to finish all townships merging work in the end of this month and finish all the administrative villages merging work in the end of next June. 

Guidong county delivered the spirit of the conference of adjustment of township division work and specified the tasks and time schedules to all relative governments at the very first beginning. It opened special column to propaganda the adjustment work on relative towns. “Brief for Guidong county’s adjustment of township division” was opened by the Reform Office as well to propaganda the spirit of reform, deliver the feedback of reform, and grasp the dynamics of reform, all of which helped to ensure the reform work to be fulfilled on time. At the meantime, the towns and counties of Guidong county handled out different propaganda work to popularize the reform work.

Furthermore, some symposiums were carried out by the county to collect some comments and suggestions from all sectors of society on the reform work.
