It was learned from Quanshui town, Rucheng county that the town fulfilled the target that 3 villages as Zicao, Zhengshui and Lingtou ended the history without cooperative economy, and 11 villages as Baiquan, Sanxing, Xiuxi, and etc. got over 40,000yuan cooperative economy income.

In accordance with the upper level government’s arrangement, Rucheng county paid great attention on improving village level cooperative economy. It guided the the villages to explore more effective measures to improve their cooperative economy on their practical condition, and encouraged the villagers to play the best advantages of location and explore more potentials, all of which helped to combine the increase of villages’ and villagers’ income together. It was learned that 14 increasing income projects were handled out by the town, which helped to increase 1.543million yuan income of the villages.
