The inspection group consisted of Chenzhou Economy and Informatization Commission, Hunan Chenzhou Power Company, and some other departments checked Zixing city’s construction of new rural electrification on December 30, 2015. They considered that Zixing city’s work was handled out well with sound economic, social, and ecological effects, and it well met the standards specified on “indexes of new rural electrification” of the State Grid Corporation, so they agreed it to pass the inspection. Zixing became the first city of Chenzhou city passed the construction of new rural electrification county.

Zixing city launched the construction in 2012 and paid great attention on it by handling strategic allocation with specified targets, plans, measures, and supports. Till the end of last December, the tasks for the construction of 8 new rural electrification towns (counties) & 82 new rural electrification villages were fulfilled by the city.

In order to make sure the construction to be handled out fluently, Zixing city enhanced the leadership by setting up the leading group in the city and organizations in power supply departments, towns & counties and villages, which formulated 3-level working net and 4-party joint working patter. At the meantime, the city also figured out the construction solution of 2012-2015 new rural electrification plan and new rural electrification county, which efficiently guaranteed the construction work to be handled out well.
