It was learned that after series steps as slef-evaluation, submission of sub-district, preliminary evaluation of county and municipal government, publicity of cities of Hunan province, and approval of Hunan Resource and Social Administration Department, and etc., Sifangjing community of Yuxi town, Yizhang county was awarded as Hunan provincial full employment star-level community. It is a great achievement for the county’s improvement of employment.

It was introduced that there are more than 6000 families of permanent resident population of the community, including 9446 labor forces, 4640 of whom work in local departments. In 2015, 725 new urban employments increased in the community, accounting for 102% of the preset task. 236 of them were re-employment, accounting for 103% of the preset task. 95 of them were re-employment for the ones difficult to find jobs, accounting for 103% of the preset task. In current period, there is no family without employment in the community. Furthermore, a specialized staff, full employment column, and publicity column were set in the community to popularize the employment condition and policies to local residents. As for some laid-off workers, Yizhang Human Resources and Social Administration Bureau provided the free consultation for them and helped them to become self-employed with serious favorable policies.

It was learned that Sifangjing community was also awarded as 2015 Chenzhou municipal level full employment community. Northern city community and Puhua temple community of Yuxi town, Yizhang county were enrolled into the list as well.
