On January 28, 2016, Jiahe Land & Resource Bureau sold a limestone mining right publicly with the price of 1.3202million yuan.

It was learned that the open selling of mining right was for the limestone of construction stone. This 0.0263 square kilometers big mine is located in Zhongliang village of Guangfa town. According to the data, the resource reserves for the mine is about 2.805million tons and its production scale is about 0.3million tons/year. The duration for the open selling of the mining right is 8.4years. It was introduced that the starting price for the open selling was 1.2952million yuan, and finally Jiahe Hongxin Construction Co., Ltd. won it with the price of 1.3202million yuan after 6 rounds of biding.

In recent years, in order to regulate the order of mining industry, Jiahe Land & Resource Bureau kept market distribution and controlled the access strictly. It stipulated that the production scale of the new mining right for limestone of the construction stone should be over 0.3million tons/year. At the meantime, in order to make sure the selling of mining right to be handled out fairly, the bureau changed the operation system that the preliminary fees for the selling of mining right would not be bared by the interested buyers but by county finance instead, and the starting price would be increased no less than 20% compared with the evaluation price.

Till now, 10 cases of open selling for mining rights have been enrolled into the selling plan. The preliminary work for one of them has been finished yet and will be placed to open selling once everything ready, while the rest 9 cases were being proceeded to the preliminary work.
