It was learned that recently, Oujiang Town Government of Guidong County placed 120,000yuan on purchasing more than 17,000 high quality yellow peach seedlings. The1637 registered poverty stricken families in 18 poverty villages of the town will be granted with 10 seedlings each freely. At the meantime, some professional technicians will be dispatched to the villages to handle the on-site training for the families. It was one of the specified supporting measures handled out the county to follow Chenzhou city’s ideas of “keeping the leading role of industry, improving overall development” and “promoting industry, enhancing entity economy, upgrading quality, and increasing effects”, which was purposely to improve the poverty stricken families “hematopoiesis”.

In recent years, based on its ecological advantages, Guidong county focused on the target of improving it to be “tea county, mao bamboo county, herbal medicine county, and seedling county of China”, the largest high mountain herbivorous herding base and pollution-free vegetable base on the basis of its ecological advantages to improve the scale development of high efficient agricultural industrial park and manorial economy. It tried great efforts on upgrading some characteristic industries as tea, seedling, herbal medicine, mao bamboo, herbivorous herding, pollution-free vegetable, original food material, and etc. to extend the industrial chain, promote the integrated development of industries, and upgrade the added value of agricultural products, which helped to forge some pillar industries to increase farmers’ income.

At the meantime, the county launched the cultivation of market entities to enhance the element support, optimize development condition, promote the gathering of production elements, policies, and government service on real economy, and decrease the cost of enterprises of real economy.
