2016 Chinese Spring Festival is coming, in order to ensure all the poverty stricken workers of the county to enjoy a happy festival, Yizhang Human Resource and Social Administration Bureau kept handling the caring activity for the poverty stricken units and workers. 2.7135million yuan funds which were collected by county finance, bank transfer, and etc. were issued to about 5000 workers of 47 poverty stricken units of the county. 

It was learned that 19 groups were dispatched by the bureau to issue the consolation payments on the basis of detailed investigation of the poverty stricken units and workers’ real condition. All the records would be documented with real registration. The activity was started from Jan. 29, 2016 and was estimated to be finished before the festival.
