It was learned from 2015 Hunan provincial GDP ranking list which was issued by Hunan Statistics Bureau on Feb. 1, 2016 that 13 cities and prefectures of the 14 ones of Hunan province kept 8% increase on GDP. Changsha, Xiangtan, and Shaoyang city ranked the top three places on the increase.
According to the accounting, 12 cities and prefectures of Hunan province gained over 100billion yuan economic aggregate. Changsha city’s GDP hit 851.013billion yuan which set a new record of over 800million yuan, ranking the first place of Hunan province. Chenzhou city’s GDP hit 201.207billion yuan, which enabled it to be one of the cities and prefectures of Hunan province whose total economic aggregate was over 200billion yuan.
2015 Hunan provincial GDP ranking list was as follow: Changsha city, 851.013billion yuan; Yueyang city, 288.628billion yuan; Changde city, 270.902 billion yuan; Zhuzhou city, 233.51billion yuan; Chenzhou city, 201.207 billion yuan; Xiangtan city, 170.310 billion yuan; Yongzhou city, 141.818 billion yuan; Shaoyang city, 138.700 billion yuan; Yiyang city, 135.441 billion yuan; Loudi city, 129.138 billion yuan; Huaihua city, 127.325 billion yuan; Xiangxi autonomous prefecture, 49.719 billion yuan; and Zhangjiajie city, 44.770 billion yuan.
Concerned for the ranking of increasing rate, the result is as follow: Changsha city, up 9.9%; Xiangtan city, up 9.6%; Shaoyang city, up 9.6%; Zhuzhou city, up 9.5%; Yongzhou city, up 9.0%; Hengyang city, up 9.7%; Yueyang city, up 8.7%; Changde city, up 8.7%; Zhangjiajie city, up 8.5%; Chenzhou city, up 8.5%; Huaihua city, up 8.5%; Yiyang city, up 8.4%; Xiangxi autonomous prefecture, up 8.3%; and Loudi city, up 7.6%.
