It was reported that the Spring Festival meeting was held by Chenzhou Government on February 14, 2016. Qu Hai, Deputy Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Mayor of Chenzhou City, required that all departments should adapt to the New Normal with new status and fulfill new targets with new measures.

The emergency duty report of 2016 Chinese Lunar New Year was delivered at the meeting. The weather was fine during the holiday and all people enjoyed a peaceful and harmonious holiday.

Qu Hai stated that Hunan Provincial Party Committee and Hunan Government highly affirmed the achievements gained by Chenzhou city on “12th five-year plan” period and placed highly expectation on its further development. 2016 is the first year of “13th five-year plan” as well as the key year for well-off society construction and lateral reform that it is full of opportunities and challenges. Chenzhou city should rely on “one mountain, one hill, one lake, one spring, and one city” and seize the chance of significant development strategy of “one pole, one area, one zone, and one garden” (new increasing pole of Hunan province; Luoxiao mountainous area of poverty alleviation; development of old revolutionary base zone and demonstration zone of Hunan-Guangdong cooperation; improvement of Pan Pearl Delta back garden) to handle the work with all efforts and ensure all tasks to be fulfilled well.
