February 14, 2016 was the first working day after the Spring Festival of year of monkey. Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee Offices and Political Research Office of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee held the spring festival meeting on that day. Yi pengfei- Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee expressed his hope that all comrades should try their best to promote the development and upgrade well-being condition with real actions.

Yi Pengfei highly affirmed the work handled out by Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee Offices and Political Research Office of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee in 2015 and highly praised their contributions to the society. Yi emphasized that 2016 is the first year for the final stage of well-off society construction and also the key year for the breakthrough of the general strategy of “keeping leading role of industry and improving overall development”. The two departments faced new challenge for handling the work of 2016, but also was provided with new stage.

Yi said facing the new situation and following the general strategy of “keeping leading role of industry and improving overall development”, Chenzhou city will handle the special activity of “promoting development and upgrading well-being condition by serving industries”. It is purposely to optimize the economic development condition and upgrade service quality of all department, so that to provide strong support for Chenzhou city’s industrial development and upgrading of well-being condition.

Yi stated following three requirements on how to well handle the special activity: firstly, acting as senior officer and issuing real actions; secondly, optimizing service and handling concrete affairs; and thirdly, practicing implementation and gaining real effects.
