It was learned from Zixing city that it handled out "Spring Action" to meet the requirements of accurate poverty alleviation and provide the labors and employees with accurate public employment service. According to the statistics, 67 enterprises attended 22 job fairs held by the city and provided 5536 job vacancies. More than 40,000 people seeker for their jobs on the fairs, 3279 of whom reached the intending agreement with the employees and 565 of which registered to attend skills training courses on site.

Focused with the theme of accurate poverty alleviation, the "Spring Action" paid more attention on the assistance so for some special groups as accurate poverty alleviation targets, graduates, women, disabled, and etc. It provided the docking platforms for the labors and employees, as well as consultation and information for the labors. At the meantime, the registration stand for skills training which was set on the fair attracted many labors to register on site.

From January 21,2016 to Chinese Spring Festival, 22 job fairs were held by Zixing city. Furthermore, it collected the information of 4986 poverty stricken families and 14757 rural poverty stricken people. 252 of them expressed their willingness to attend the training. The accurate poverty alleviation entrepreneurship training was being promoted there orderly, which helped to realize the target of poverty alleviation.
