It was learned from Chenzhou National Tax Bureau that the revenue of electricity tax was amounted to 35.35million yuan in this January, up 20.28million yuan with an increasing rate of 134.6%.

It was introduced that in order to well handle the tax collection and ensure the increase of revenue to be real, the bureau followed the strict principles of no excessive tax. Dual assessments on quality and quantity were promoted by the bureau to evaluate the performance of revenue and collection. The information of tax sources was well collected and reported to the Party Committee and Government, which granted the organization with initiative. Measures for clearing the debts were carried to ensure no new debts and former debts to be paid off. Big data were applied to integrate the information resources, upgrade tax sources monitoring, control dominance tax sources, and look for more recessive tax sources. More efforts were tried on the analysis of tax revenue and cooperation among departments to integrate the analysis resources of tax revenue and form the pattern of cooperation among counties, districts and departments. At the meantime, the bureau took active actions on integrating it into the overall situation of economic and social development of Chenzhou city. It well handled the cultivation of tax sources and tax service to serve for “improving new increasing role of Chenzhou city by replying on south Hunan demonstration of undertaking transfer”. It carried out “convenient tax service” for implementing tax service regulations, exploring “internet + tax payment service”, perfecting “QR code” one-time notification, 24-hour self-service, sort management of export rebates and other mechanisms, degenerating statements, shortening settlement time, and etc. It also applied macro tax analysis to guide the micro tax work, paid more attention on key tax source industries, weak points, and high risk enterprises by dispatching specially-assigned staff to monitor relative work. The collection and management regulations were fully implemented to ensure all measures to be handled out on the basis of specified regulations.
