In order to promote the re-employment and entrepreneurship of the laid-offs and play the multiplication effect of increasing employment rates by entrepreneurship, the labor service center of the west community of Beihu district actively promoted the propaganda of favorable policies of small-sum guaranteed loan.

On the propaganda, the staffs investigated the entrepreneurs and small and micro businesses and learned the details of their situation. They interpreted the favorable policies of small-sum guaranteed loan to them carefully and opened a special column accordingly. At the meantime, they opened a special consult reception to provide “one-to-one” service. Due to the procedures for obtaining the small-sum guaranteed loan are complicated, the staffs answered the questions of every inquiry with details and presented the list of materials to them, which ensured all applicants to submit the accurate materials on time. They also paid closer attention on the follow-up processes to check all applicants’ credit based on specified procedures.

Till now, 4 entrepreneurs’ applications have been submitted to the community and are being promoted accordingly by it.
