It was learned from the 2nd membership representatives conference of Hunan Racing Association that Chenzhou city was awarded as “National Racing Base” by Auto & Motorcycle Sports Management Center of the State General Administration of Sports and China Auto & Motorcycle Sports Federation. Yang Neng- Political Commissar of Hunan Traffic Police Corps delivered the plague to Chenzhou city. Chenzhou Senhui Sports Culture Co., Ltd. was awarded as “Hunan Provincial Racing Base” by Hunan Racing Association.

Hunan Racing Association was rated as “4A” unit on 2015 assessment of Hunan sports organizations for its sound management of games, mechanisms, and teams. After changing the term of office, it will keep enhancing the organization construction and try best to be awarded as “5A” unit in next assessment; will establish the mechanism of “guiding by the government, operating by the market” and take active parts in undertaking and holding domestic and international racings; and will innovate competition system to upgrade the scale and level of racings.

On the conference, revised “Articles of Hunan Racing Association” and suggested list for chairman, vice chairman, members of standing committee, and members of the 2nd term of the association were approved by raising hands.

Yu Yue- Associate Counsel of Hunan Department of Civil Affairs and Feng Xiangjiang- Full Time Vice Chairman of Hunan General Administration of Sports attended the conference.
