Yuanquan Square

It was learned from the working conference for projects construction of Chenzhou urban management system, upgrading of city image for greeting 4th CMGS & establishment of national civilization city and ecological garden city that 23 infrastructure projects covered with 477million yuan planned budget would be undertaken by the urban management system, 362million yuan of which was for annual plan.

The urban management system will follow the requirements of “five-one” to resolve the targets and tasks, settle procedures, regulate projects management, accelerate construction process, and carry forward the spirit of “5+2, sunny day + rainy day, sound + fast”. All projects would be promoted rapidly without compromising to quality. Assessment work would be enhanced to handle the rewards and punishment for the projects construction in the process of handling safety production and clean government.
