It was learned from Yizhang Human Resources and Social Administration Bureau that till the end of this April, the number of new urban employments was amounted to 2149, accounting for 42.98% of assessment index of “well-being aid action”, which is 9.08% higher than last year. It is a sound beginning for the county.

The county placed great attention on improving the urban employment from the beginning of 2016 and carried out different measures accordingly. “Spring breeze action”, 2016 industrial undertaking park of economic development zone, and some other special job fairs were held by the county, which helped 2162 people to reach the employment intentions with some employees. 2016 first “Rural Commercial Bank Cup” youth innovation and entrepreneurship contest was held in the county as well, which encouraged more people and enterprises to join in the entrepreneurship. Series files as “implementation solution on 2016 entrepreneurship guaranteed loan” were issued by the county that 32million yuan small loans were issued to the entrepreneurship entities, which helped to increase 369 entities and provide 1301 job vacancies. Furthermore, some professional training courses were handled out by the county to improve the laid-offs, migrant workers, and poverty stricken families’ comprehensive quality.
