It was learned from the state's working conference for key contact cities of industrial performance that Chenzhou city was enrolled into the first batch list, one of the only two cities from Hunan province, the other one if Changsha city.

It was learned that all the 40 cities were selected out by specified procedures of recommendation and checking. All the cities should establish mechanism for key contact enterprises, handle the prediction of increasing of month and quarter added value, and follow the index changes on electrician electricity consumption, main products, rail transportation, which aims to provide feedbacks for the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology to analyze industrial performance and release relative measures accordingly.

All the key contact cities are real big industrial cities with large scale of industry, characteristic leading industries, highlighted leading function, relative better representativeness of regional industry, and significant place on national industrial economic performance. Ministry of Industry and Information Technology will provide more favorable policies, financial support and data platform improvement for the key contact cities.
