Qu Hai led a team to investigate industrial parks and key projects

It was reported that Qu Hai- Deputy Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Mayor of Chenzhou City led a team to investigate industrial parks and key projects from June 1-3, 2016. They visited Beihu district, Yizhang county, Rucheng county, Guidong county, Limwu county, Jiahe county, and Chenzhou Economic Development Zone and tried to check features, take care of gaps, and promote development. 

During the three days, Qu Hai and his team travels around the 6 counties (district) for thousand kilometers: on June 1, 2016, after visiting Beihu district and Chenzhou Economic Development Zone, they attended an important investigation event handled out by Hunan provincial leaders, and then drove to Rucheng county at night; on June 2, 2016, though under burning sun, Qu Hai and his team checked more than 30 projects in Rucheng and Guidong county without rest, and then held an investigation conference on Linwu county at night; and on June 3,2016, they investigated Linwu and Jiahe county on the rainy day. As stated by Qu Hai, it was purposely to promote the work with sound atmosphere and concentrated force by handling this fast-paced and efficient investigation.

"You should pay closer attention to improve the development of experiencing businesses" "should focus on high-end market and high quality"...... Qu proposed series practical comments and suggestions to the enterprises and projects which suffered from some problems.

Qu Hai said all the counties (district) were with new features and increasing points on the development and he was impressed with their hardworking. Currently, though facing the pressure of economic downturn, all the counties and districts of Chenzhou city fully implemented the general strategy of "keeping leading role of industry, improving overall development", which greatly improved the investment attraction, development of urban and rural areas, and activated cadres' working spirit. Concerned for the development, all the counties and districts well implemented the concept of keeping leading role of industry, highlighted the development of industrial parks and innovation entrepreneurship, and promoted the improvement of some new types of businesses and new industries, as well as the integrated development of first, secondary and tertiary industry. They also focused on the key points to promote the development of key projects that a batch of key projects and accurate poverty alleviation projects were being improved well. The environment was kept being optimized that more private investments were joined in the construction and both software and hardware were optimized as well. Some new concepts and ideas were cultivated on the process of development, even going ahead of China.

Qu Hai also objectively pointed out some main problems hindered on the way of Chenzhou city's development: lacking of powerful enterprises, large projects, and good items; comparative poor preliminary work, acquisition, role removal, and etc. which deteriorate the improvement of projects, and etc. Qu Hai hoped that all departments can break the narrow-neck problems with new ideas.
