Concerning about key industrial projects, urban key infrastructure projects, and well-being projects

It was reported a concentrated processing conference for key industrial projects, urban infrastructure projects, and well-being projects was held in Chenzhou city on June 6, 2016. 18 projects covered with 3.507billion yuan investment were settled together on this conference. Gong Fengxiang- Deputy Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee attended the conference and delivered a speech there.

It was introduced that 19 procedures for the 18 projects should be settled, concerning about approval of project, land allocation, consent of construction land planning, consent of project planning, consent of construction, environment evaluation, approval of door plate, and etc.

Gong Fengxiang emphasized that Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Chenzhou Government paid great attention on the industrial projects, infrastructure projects, and well-being projects. Currently, under the high pressure of economic downturn and imperfect condition of Chenzhou development, all departments should focus on the development, promote the improvement of projects and infrastructures, and upgrade the well-being condition. In the meantime, better service should be provided by all departments to grant the project owners with simpler and more convenient approval services and assist them to improve the projects better.

Gong required that all departments should further decentralize the rights to simplify the approval procedures; should enhance the preliminary work to lay solid foundation for the projects; should accelerate the projects construction; and should follow specified responsibility mechanism to optimize environment and fight against illegal behaviors.
