It was reported that Zhang Aiguo- Member of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee Standing Committee and Deputy Mayor of Chenzhou City organized the special conference of traffic safety recently. As required, all departments should learn from Yifeng express accident lesson paid by blood and implement measures to prevent similar accidents in future.

On the conference, the attendees studied the important instructive spirits figured out by Xu Shousheng- Secretary of Hunan Provincial Party Committee and Director of Hunan Provincial People’s Congress Standing Committee, and were conveyed with the spirits of Hunan Provincial Traffic Safety Conference figured out by Du Jiahao- Deputy Secretary of Hunan Provincial Party Committee and Governor of Hunan Province in Yizhang county. The important instructions delivered by Yi Pengfei- Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Qu Hai- Deputy Secretary of Chenzhou Muncipal Party Committee and Mayor of Chenzhou City on the accident site were conveyed on the conference as well.

Some files concerned for the safety work of traffic which were issued by Hunan Government and Chenzhou Government were studied on the conference. As required, all attendees should study the instructions and spirits of Secretary of Hunan Provincial Party Committee and improve the construction of safety accountability system and supporting system and implementation of safety supervision. All departments should well study the spirits and understand the responsibilities, then handle out relative safety work accordingly.

It was pointed out on the conference, some special actions should be handled out during the summer season and figure out relative solutions concerned for the disordered condition of new tourism types; the safety and guarantees of vehicles on road should be well implemented and inspection mechanism should be established and improved as well; safety training should be intensified for drivers and more efforts should be placed on fighting against illegal behaviors; and long-term supervision mechanism should be set up to grant the society with safe condition.
