It was reported that 21st session of 4th Chenzhou Municipal CPPCC Standing Committee was held in Chenzhou city on July 8, 2016. Qu Hai- Deputy Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Mayor of Chenzhou City attended the conference and issued the bulletin of economic and social development of Chenzhou city in the first half year of 2016. Che Shezhao- Chairman of Chenzhou Municipal CPPCC hosted the conference.

Qu Hai stated that from the beginning of this year, Chenzhou city carefully implemented the spirits of central, Hunan provincial and Chenzhou municipal economic working conferences, kept the general tone of stable increase, followed the strategic layout of “four overalls”, implemented “five development concepts”, carried out the general strategy of “leading by industry, improving overall development”, promoted the construction of “five Chenzhou”, and improved the construction of “new increasing pole” of Hunan province, all of which granted sound condition to the new industry, new business type, and new model, and etc. and helped to kept sound trend for stable increase.

Concerned for the work of the 2nd half year, Qu Hai sated that more effective measures should be carried out to enhance the work and fulfill annual targets. Industrial development should be improved to cultivate market entities and promote the construction of industrial parks. Investment attraction should be well handled to accelerate the projects construction and expand the effective investments; reform of the supply front should be well promoted to enhance the support of enterprises and promote economic transformation. Overall development of urban and rural areas should be promoted to improve the infrastructures and comprehensive conditions. Well-being support should be well handled to enforce the base line of well-being and improve poverty alleviation. Reform and innovation should be further intensified to change the government functions and optimize development condition.

Qu said Chenzhou Municipal CPPCC and the members proposed many helpful comments and suggestions concerned for the key points and difficulties of Chenzhou reform and development. All of them should keep eyes on it and present more ideas in future. Chenzhou Government would enhance the communication with them and study their comments and results to improve the development of new increasing pole of Hunan province and well-off society together.
During the conference, Qu Hai carefully listened to the members’ comments and suggestions on improvement of new increasing pole of Hunan province.
