When reporters arrived at the cross of Chenjiang Road and Renmin Road East at around 8:50am, the officers who were in charge of this cross were working there. As introduced by one of the officers, thanks to the establishment work, the civilization quality of Chenzhou citizens were being improved greatly. "Less uncivilized behaviors here now. Many children join in the persuasion work as well."

The officers who were in charge of the crosses of Chenjiang Road and Suxian Road, Qingnian Avenue and Yanquan Road, Wuling Avenue and Chenzhou Avenue, and etc. were being there on time.

But some officers who were in charge of crosses of Renmin Road and Wenhua Road were chatting with each other during the period, not behave well. Some officers who were in charge of Renmin Road and Guoqing Road, and etc. were not on duty.
