It was learned that Quanshui town carried out different measures on this summer holiday to grant safe "fence" for the youth.Safety guidance concerned about drowning, transportation, food, firefighting, toxicosis, electricity, and etc. were provided to students before the summer holiday stated. Some striking safety marks were set on water reservoirs, dams, dangerous houses, and etc.to remind the kids of the safety. More frequent petrol was carried out by the town to check some dangerous places. More colorful activities were organized by local Youth League Committee and Women's Federation. All of those helped to enrich the youth's summer holiday life and grant them with safe holiday as well.

It was introduced that till now, 6 times of safety training have been carried out by the town; more than 220 safety marks have been set around the town; 60 times of petrol have been organized; and more than 2000 books have been lent by Rural Reading Rooms.
