In order to well control the construction waste transportation, 15 new smart green waste carts were placed to operation in Guiyang county on this July 15, which indicated that Guiyang county became the first county of China which uses this kind of green waste cart. It was learned that 40 green waste carts would be placed into operation by the county in 2016. All the carts would be registered with the accordance of strict rules. The carts which were licensed with special certificate by the supervision department were qualified to be operated during the day time.

Different from former waste carts, this new smart green waste cart is followed by U-type closure operation. The top of the container is installed with automatic sealed lid, which can help to prevent scattering of construction wastes during the transportation. Furthermore, rear camera and side guard plates are installed in the cart, which upgraded the safety condition of the carts. Satellite positioning system and payment control platform enable the transportation enterprises and supervision departments to handle effective management for the carts, such as their safety condition, routes, dumping, and etc.
