It was reported that Chen Shezhao led an investigation team to visit Chenzhou Economic Development Zone and High-tech Industrial Zone and investigated their development of real economy.

The visited some enterprises of the industrial parks first to check the implementation of policies for improvement of real economy and learn more details of the problems and difficulties faced by the enterprises.

A symposium was held after their visiting. The official of Chenzhou Economy and Information Commission addressed a comprehensive report about the development of industrial parks' real economy, while the official of industrial parks presented the report of their industrial parks accordingly, as well as some problems hindered on the way and ideas and solutions for further development. Some principals of subordinate departments and members of the investigation team presented their addresses there, which fairly evaluated the development of industrial parks' real economy and proposed some feasible comments and suggestions.

Li Ping- Member of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee Standing Committee and First Deputy Mayor of Chenzhou City attended the symposium and listed his advices on the development of industrial parks' real economy. Li said that the significance and urgency for the development of industrial parks' real economy should be well comprehended; more attention should be placed on improving the development of real economy, especially the cultivation of enterprises, projects construction, industrial transformation and upgrading, innovation driving, and etc.; and the comments and suggestions proposed by the team members should be well studied and implemented to grant the development of real economy with sound condition.

Chen Shezhao stated that the development of industrial parks' real economy should be highly affirmed. In the first half year of 2016, the added value of scale industries of the parks was with an increase of 7.3%, accounting for 76.4% of the total amount of Chenzhou scale industries. The industrial parks have become important carrier for acceleration of industrial cluster and cultivation of industrial cluster; some problems as the high cost for enterprises operation, constraints of settlement of projects, and etc. should be confronted directly; and more attention should be placed on supporting of enterprises, investment attraction, policies, services, and etc.
