Yi Pengfei stated on Suxian district’s leaders and cadres conference

It was reported that Yi Pengfei- Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee attended Suxian district’s leaders and cadres conference on August 5, 2016, and delivered a speech there. Yi Pengfei stated that all wisdoms and powers should be placed on working to gain new achievements on all work.

The appointment and removal of the chiefs of Suxian district’s Party and Government which were confirmed by Hunan Provincial Party Committee and Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee were released on the conference.
Yi Pengfei highly affirmed the achievements gained by Suxian district on reform and development in recent years. Yi stated that the adjustment of chiefs of Suxian district was decided by the comprehensive consideration of both Hunan Provincial Party Committee and Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee.

Yi said all party members and departments should be loyal to the Party and uphold the decisions made by the Party; should follow the requirements listed by Chairman Xi Jinping; should be consistent with Central, Hunan Provincial, and Chenzhou Municipal Party Committees and implement the decisions confirmed by upper level Party organization; and should support and obey the decisions of Hunan Provincial and Chenzhou Municipal Party Committees, and implement them accordingly.

Yi stated that more attention should be placed on some key points, especially the reelecting work. Reelecting which is a significant political task greatly concerns for the reform and development. The follow up work for the reelecting of counties and districts should be well handled to ensure all the leaders of new term to take the work on time; the preparation work of Party Congress of counties and districts should be well handled as well, as well as the election of Chenzhou municipal level representatives; and the reelecting of towns and counties’ party committees should be reviewed.

Yi Pengfei emphasized that the development should be accelerated via implementing working measures effectively. Current situation, development ideas, development blueprint, innovative measures, and development chances should be well comprehended. Closer attention should be focused on the general targets of “five Chenzhou” construction and establishment of new increasing pole of Hunan province. All work should be well implemented with real effects to grant the Party Congress with sound achievements.

Yi also stated that education should be deepened to improve the Party’s construction. Sound political environment should be created to handle relative work with good working style, energetic power, and sound work, and then improve fast development of economy and society.
