It was reported that Ning Gaoning- Chairman and Secretary of Party Group of Sinochem investigated Chenzhou city on August 10, 2016. Yi Pengfei- Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Qu Hai- Deputy Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Mayor of Chenzhou City attended relative activity.

Sinochem which is one of mainstay state-owned enterprises monitored by State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council is one of the four state-owned petroleum companies of China, as well as the largest enterprise of integrative management of agricultural inputs of China and advanced comprehensive server of chemical products. It is also with strong influence on high real-estate hotel and non-bank financial. Its headquarters is set in Beijing city, mainly on operating the businesses of energy, agriculture, chemical, real estate, and financing. Sinochem Lantian Group which is subordinate to Sinochem wholly owns Hunan Xinyuan Mining Co., Ltd. ( short for Xinyuan Mining) and Yizhang Hongyuan Chemical Co., Ltd. (short for Hongyuan Chemical). It established Chenzhou Base of Sinochem Lantian for on-site management there.

Ning Gaoning and his team visites Yizhang Xinyuan Mining and Hongyuan Chemical and learned some details of their production, improvement of technology, industrial plan, employees’ life, and etc. by visiting workshops and mines. Chenzhou Base of Sinochem Lantian took the best advantages of Chenzhou city’s resources, market, and industrial parks on the development of fluorine chemical, and then promoted the integration of mining for the coordinated development of mines and chemicals and exploration of values of resources. Currently, Chenzhou Base of Sinochem Lantian ranks the 3rd place among Chinese fluorine aluminum enterprises. “Lan fluorine” branded fluorine aluminum becomes very popular in domestic and abroad markets.

Ning Gaoning highly appreciated Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Chenzhou Government’s supports on promoting the development Sinochem. He stated that both two parties kept sound cooperation in recent years. As one of the key bases of Sinochem, Chenzhou Base was favored and would be favored with more by Sinochem in future.

Ning Gaoning stated that deepening cooperation would be further improved between the two parties. Concerned for the development of Yizhang Fluorine Industrial Park, Chenzhou Base would integrate the enterprises’ development plan together with industrial parks’ planning. It would support the development of Chenzhou fluorine industry with the experience and power gained by Sinochem Lantian on the chemical industry. It also confirmed that some professional teams would be deployed to dock with Chenzhou city for the promotion of settlement of industrial parks’ planning and enterprises panning.
