Qu Hai required on his investigation trip to Rucheng county

It was reported that Qu Hai- Deputy Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Mayor of Chenzhou City investigated Rucheng county's work on relocation poverty alleviation. As required by Qu Hai, great efforts and powerful measures should be placed on the work to ensure all tasks present on poverty alleviation to be fulfilled on time.

Qu Hai visited some sites of relocation poverty alleviation and learned details of Rucheng county's promotion concerned for the work.

During the investigation, Qu Hai stated that relocation poverty alleviation is one of the toughest work among all the poverty alleviation work. It is very hurry for us to finish the annual tasks for it is the third quarter now. All departments should make up the minds and carry our forceful measures to promote the relocation poverty alleviation work.

Qu Hai emphasized that more attention should be placed on industrial poverty alleviation and the key role of investment attraction on poverty alleviation should be well played as well. Along with introducing some high added value emerging industries, some labour intensive industries with sound expectation should be introduced there for assisting the poverty stricken people to find jobs. Green environment, tourism, internet, and ecology should be well played to promote the development of characteristic industries, especially rural leisure tourism, rural inn economy, and etc. Fiscal poverty alleviation, education poverty alleviation, and other work should be improved comprehensively based on specified requirements. All targets preset for the poverty alleviation must be fulfilled on time.
