It was reported that Mao Jiangang- Director of Supervision Office of Hunan Government led an investigation team to check the PPP projects of Chenzhou city recently. According to the report, the numbers and amount of Hunan provincial level PPP demonstration projects of Chenzhou city rank first phalanx of Hunan province.

It was introduced that till the end of this July, 60 projects covered with 46.213billion yuan funds have been proposed and reserved by Chenzhou city, 17 of which have been launched. 3 are Chenzhou municipal level projects and 57 are county level ones. 29 are Hunan provincial demonstration projects and 31 are general ones. Transportation, municipal administration, water conservancy, environmental protection, hospital, retirement, education, and other projects with 26.463billion yuan amount were enrolled into the list. Yizhang Mount Mang Water Reservoir was confirmed as one of the first batch of national PPP demonstration projects by the State Development and Reform Commission, Finance Ministry, and Water Conservancy Ministry, which was the exclusive one of Hunan province approved by the three departments.

Concerned for the promotion of PPP projects, Chenzhou city figured out "Implementation solution on government and social capitals", on which specified the range, condition, procurement, implementation, operation, management, withdraw, and transfer of PPP projects. In the meantime, it enhanced the work on application and promotion of the demonstration projects to upgrade the approval rate of the projects.
