It was stated by Yi Pengfei on his investigation trip to Feitian Mountain Landscape

It was reported that Yi Pengfei- Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee visited Suxian District to check its development of Feitian Mountain tourism and culture industry and helped to solve some problems hindered on the way as well. Yi emphasized that the concept of popular tourism should be kept to improve its development and more scientific plans should be figured out as well based on protection principal.

Last year, Suxian Government signed the agreement with Beijing Shunfeng Investment Industrial Co., Ltd. on Feitian Mountain tourism and culture industry project with PPP mode. According to the agreement, the project is based on the core of Feitian Mountain Landscape, including Gaoyiling, Feitianshan town, Xujiadong town, and Wulipai town. The total areas are 63 square kilometers. 3 billion yuan was planned to be placed on the first phase of the project (3-5 years). Currently, the works on project planning, infrastructures, treatment of channels, land acquisition, capitals, sceneries, and etc. are being improved fluently.

Yi Pengfei and the investigation team members listened to the working reports delivered by relative project owners carefully and investigated relative work highlighted by them on site. Yi Pengfei stated that great attention should be placed on tourism and culture industry, popular tourism, and Feitian Mountain tourism; Feitian Mountain should be improved as the “core” part listed on Chenzhou city’s tourism development planning layout of “one core, two poles, and multiple points”, as well as one of the key projects for Chenzhou city’s improvement of “new increasing pole” of Hunan province; and all departments should pay closer attention on further development of Feitian Mountain Landscape based on the principal of protection.

Yi said more efforts should be placed on docking as well. The construction party of the project should well prepare the preliminary work such as project data, construction solution, and etc. Relative departments should enhance the docking work and try best to obtain more supports from higher level government.

Yi also said the service work should be well handled out as well. All relative departments should provide better services on the basis of further promotion of project and Feitian Mountain tourism industry; should handle on-site investigation to figure out practical solutions concerned for the problems of the projects; and should open more “green channels” for the project to grant it with more convenient service.

Yi sated that the promotion of project should be further accelerated. More scientific planning should be figured out for promoting the project construction; more powerful leadership team should be set up to upgrade the service level; the construction environment should be further optimized by fighting the illegal behaviors forcefully.
