It was learned from Chenzhou Land and Resource Bureau that in order to enhance the management of land resource and establish the motivation mechanism of economical and intensive utilization of lands, Hunan Land and Resource Department granted 500mu indexes of land use for Yizhang, Jiahe, Rucheng, and Zixing respectively.

It was introduced that according to “Hunan Land and Resource Department’s notification on granting 12 national level economical and intensive utilization model counties (cities) with more indexes of land use” which was released by the department that 12 counties as Yizhang, Jiahe, Rucheng, Zixing, and etc. would be granted with 500mu more indexes of land use. As specified on the notification, 400mu is for agricultural land and all the indexes should be covered into 2016 annual land utilization plan for well-being projects, infrastructures, industrial adjustment and upgrading, and etc. All lands are forbidden to be used for high energy consumption, high pollution, low-level overlapping, and overcapacity industries.
