It was learned that a leading group conference concerned about informatization was held by Chenzhou City. Qu Hai- Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Mayor of Chenzhou City hosted the conference and required that more efforts should be placed on the improvement of smart city and big data industry.

The attendees from different departments proposed some good ideas and suggestions on further improvement of smart city and big data industry.

After listening to their speeches, Qu Hai said all departments should keep changing concepts to improve the development of smart city and big data industry. Currently, all the economic and social aspects are being facilitated with the internet. It is concerned about the implementation of central government’s “13th five-year plan”, promotion of coordinate development, and development of people-oriented new urbanization by improving informatization, smart city and big data industry. All departments should seize the chance to improve some emerging industries, cultivate new energies, and promote the industrial transformation as well as the upgrading the government’s administration capacity.

Qu Hai stated that the reform and innovation should be kept to accelerate the transformation of government functions. The government solution, social administration, public service, industrial innovation, and social reform and innovation should be further upgraded via the improvement of smart city and informatization as well as big data, cloud computing, and information communication. The deficiency and problem of administration services should be improved via the smart administration. All work should be guided by government but operated by the market. Top level design should be figured out to promote the construction work step by step. The investment attraction work should be handled out better to introduce more powerful enterprises and capitals into the construction of big data industrial park, and introduce more talents into Chenzhou City as well. All departments should work together to promote the work.
