In recent days, Beihu District is trying hard on accelerating the construction of general airport avenue under the rainy weather. It aims to improve aviation economy to be a new increasing point by finishing the air avenue sooner.

“We will not limit Beihu District to Chenzhou City, but extend to South Hunan Province. We will undertake the historical mission on taking the leading place of Chenzhou City and Hunan Province and try to improve Beihu District to be the core of increasing pole of South Hunan Province,” stated by Jiang Limin who is the Secretary of Beihu District Party Committee. It was introduced that in the 5th Beihu District’s Party’s Congress which was held in last month, the district confirmed that it would focus on the improvement of “New Chenzhou” and “new increasing pole of Hunan Province”to fulfill the general task of well-off society. It would focus on the targets of establishment of “one core and four areas” to improve it to be “national economic technological development zone, national demonstration zone of integration of industrial parks and city, and national demonstration zone of popular tourism.”

Jiang Limin introduced that as the political, economic, and commercial center of Chenzhou City, Beihu District highlighted the main part and assisted with the transportation advantages of “three verticals” ( Nanling Avenue, G107 ring road, S212) and “two horizontals）（Chenzhou Avenue and X090）to forge new increasing point of economy, improve coordinate development of urban and rural areas, and explore a new development way suitable for Beihu District’s practical condition.

“The district will unify the ideas with the concept of development, activate the passions by dream, and reach new achievements via sound work to fulfill all the tasks,” stated firmly by Jiang Limin. He also said Beihu District would accelerate its development with new ideas, stronger courage, and more powerful vigor. It was learned that from this “National Day Holiday”, its popular tourism was kept hotly, especially by undertaking Chenzhou 1st Beautiful Rural Tourism and Culture Festival. Different tourism routes and scenic spots of the district attract a large amount of visitors from other places of China. The tourism economy is being spurred fast, which becomes new a highlight of the whole district’s economy.
