On April 7, the 2017 Social Security Comprehensive Innovation and the First Half of City's Comprehensive Management Poll Work Promoting Meeting was held in Chenzhou, to implement the requirement of "social security comprehensive management innovation year", promote this year's innovation work of social security comprehensive management, and deploy the first half of city's comprehensive management poll work.

This year Chenzhou in the province took the lead in the introduction of "implementation opinions on Chenzhou city to promote the social security comprehensive management innovation in 2017" and "implementation opinions on promoting the multi resolution mechanism construction for resolving conflicts and disputes" to delimit the pilot innovation subjects to the countries and urban areas, and require the countries and urban areas to focus on creating more than two township(street) demonstration sites and more than two village (community) demonstration sites. The two documents have been highly recognized by the Provincial Politics and Law Committee.

The meeting required that the city departments at all levels must accurately understand the superior spirit, establish and perfect the social governance system in line with the reality of our city and the characteristics of the times, and strive to enhance the level of modernization of social governance in Chenzhou; must be practical and realistic to implement the innovation projects construction and create "Chenzhou brand"; must be strict on supervision and evaluation, and strengthen work security, to ensure the effectiveness of innovation work this year.

In the first half of the comprehensive poll work, the meeting pointed out that it was necessary to further unify the thinking and raise awareness, and to carry out the poll work with a high degree of responsibility to ensure that the public polls were among the province's first phalanx this year.

Liu Zhiwei, Municipal Committee and Secretary of Municipal Politics and Law Committee attended the meeting and made a speech. Vice Mayor Zhang Jun presided over the meeting. Safety Supervision Bureau and the responsible person of Municipalities Emergency Office participated in the promotion meeting.
