It was learned from Chenzhou Industrial and Commercial Bureau that it would guarantee the CMGS with stable marketing condition via “three measures” and “three safeguards”.

“Three measures” include enhancing the monitoring of market, strengthening protection of consumers’ rights, and fighting against infringements. Concerned for the monitoring of market, it would pay special attention on assigned routes of the show, landscapes, streets, transportation terminals, and etc. via operating special actions to grant the sound order for CMGS.

Concerned for the protection of consumers’ rights, it would work on a narrow investigation of alcohol products. In the meantime, it would play the best role of 12315 complaint hotline and ensure all the complaints to be settled on time.
Concerned for fighting against infringements, it would pay special attention on the protection of intellectual property rights. The illegal behaviors violating the intellectual property rights of the exhibits of CMGS, as well as the illegal advertising behaviors on the name of CMGS would be treated strictly.

Besides the “three measures”, the bureau would handle “three safeguards” work as well. It was introduced by some principals of the bureau, a special investigation action would be carried out before the show to grant it with sound marketing condition; and during the show time, some staffs of the bureau would be dispatched to stay in the show and handle monitoring work on site. In the meantime, a special monitoring team would be established to check all the work for the show and ensure all work to be carried out fluently and effectively.
