On the afternoon of April 25, at the Chenzhou civil work forum, 11 County and City Civil Affairs Bureau and the heads of Chenzhou Export Processing Administrative Committee Social Affairs Bureau respectively made speeches on the work contents and main issues in 2016, and work plan and suggestions in 2017.

Last year, Chenzhou civil affairs work achieved demonstrable results. Urban and rural minimum living standards have reached 420 yuan per month and 231 yuan per month. The city has issued subsistence fund of 710 million yuan. Accurately identified poverty alleviation objects were about 12,300 households and 24,800 people, and have issued the fallback funds of 51.42 million yuan. In addition, the disaster prevention and relief work have been implemented, the key reform issues have been successfully completed, and the health pension, welfare charity and other activities were in the upswing to further enhance the standardization level of special affairs management.

This year, we will focus on the implementation of "123" project, that is to stabilize the bottom line of people's livelihood and adhere to the red line of incorrupt government; fulfill the Party's integrity and safety management of "two responsibilities", promote the "two key projects", carry out "two special actions"; deepen the three reforms, and promote the three major construction of pension service industry, civil affairs standardization and civil administration.

Municipal Committee and Vice Mayor Pang Tao fully affirmed the civil work of Chenzhou in 2016. He pointed out that it is necessary to continue to practice the concept of "civil affairs for the people and civil affairs for loving people", thoroughly study and implement the spirit of the Sixth Plenary of the 18th CPC Central Committee and solidly complete all the tasks in 2017.
