In order to keep a positive and optimistic attitude of teachers, enable teachers to devote themselves to education in a good state of mind, and better explore the teaching methods suitable for the psychological characteristics of contemporary primary school students, the county-wide education system held a training on mental health education.

During the training, Liu Hongjun, President of Chenzhou Psychological Consultants Association, made a special speech on "Having a Positive Mind to Achieve a Better Life", expounded the criteria of mental health and emphasized the guiding theory of strengthening the construction of social psychological service system in the spirit of the 19th CPC National Congress. He used a variety of humorous stories and common cases in life to analyze, teach everybody how to use a positive attitude to solve problems. At the same time, in order to facilitate everyone to judge their own mentality, he also specially prepared a mentality test. Through the evaluation of their own mentality, people can better understand their own psychological state, and adjust them properly according to the criteria of positive mentality.

The whole training process was relaxed and pleasant. The trainees expressed that they will help themselves and children find positive resources when facing pressure and improve their mental health with a more positive attitude in the future.

The leading group of the County Education Bureau, the directors of each unit, the principals of primary and secondary schools (gardens) in the county and the teachers in charge of mental health participated in the training.
