Liu Zhiren and Li Shun visited the exhibition hall of Chenzhou sports training base women's volleyball fighting historical relics, and inspected the overall quality improvement and reconstruction project construction of Chenzhou sports training base. The overall quality improvement and reconstruction project of Chenzhou sports training base has been fully launched, which is divided into two phases. The construction contents mainly include roof renovation of athletes' building, renovation of external walls, transformation of evacuation steel ladder, construction of new comprehensive building, training hall, swimming pool and renovation of auxiliary facilities.

Liu Zhiren pointed out that we should improve our political position, unify our thinking, and speed up the construction of high-quality training bases; should seize the opportunity and make concerted efforts to build a first-class training base. It is necessary to seize the support of the state and the provincial government, open up a green channel and handle special affairs to speed up the construction progress of the project; to speed up the formulation of the construction scheme and planning based on the goal of starting construction this year; to make a good construction scheme, arrange the construction period and plan in reverse to ensure the project is put into use on schedule; to establish a communication mechanism to jointly promote the project construction with the Provincial Sports Bureau; and to ensure the project construction objective construction quality and safety.
